Personal invitations

Your friend reviews and sends the first invitation through their own Messages account. Prayer Text does not automatically text people just because they were added to a prayer list.

Encouragement

Open your friend’s invitation, review the disclosure, and send the prepared JOIN message to Prayer Text from the invited number. Only that verified number can accept that invitation. Up to one encouragement a day across all your invitations.

Daily reminders

After signing in to the iPhone app, you can choose one automated prayer reminder a day in Settings. Sign-in codes are separate from recurring reminder consent. You can pray in the app without reminders.

Stop or start again

Reply STOP to stop all automatic Prayer Text messages to your number. Your friend can still pray privately. Reply START to allow a new opt-in; then reopen an invitation or enable reminders in the app. START alone does not restore earlier subscriptions.
