Care begins with you.

  1. Choose your people.Add someone to your private prayer list. Adding them doesn’t send a text.
  2. Make a little room.Open the app for one name each day. Choose an optional daily text reminder at a time that works for you.
  3. Invite them personally.Your first invitation goes through Messages, from the sender identity you choose on your iPhone.
  4. Let them choose.If they opt in, Prayer Text can send a little encouragement when you record your prayer.

An encouragement text

Prayer Text: Someone prayed for you today. You are cared for. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help.

Encouragement doesn’t include your name. A friend may still infer who prayed for them. You can always keep your prayer private.

Optional reminders: one per day. Encouragement: up to one per day. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients don’t need the app. No advertising texts.
